		<description>Great comment.  I wasn&#039;t thinking about social capital networks when I wrote this, but of course!  A &#039;smart network&#039; has connections that are especially relevant, then when a connection is &quot;twanged&quot; it&#039;s actually useful for all the parties in the path to pay attention to.  

(Did you see the 7 sec. movie of the spider twirling his web?   I tricked her into that by poking her web.  She hoped it was a fly, and so she wasted her energy.  But she at least provided great potential value for YouTube watchers everywhere.)</description>
